摘要
选用了14 个随机引物,对葫芦科3 个属的12 种材料作 R A P D 多态性分析,并对各材料的指纹图谱进行了聚类和相似性分析。结果表明,12 种材料基因组的分析结果与传统分类学的结果基本相符,同时3 属内各种间都具有其特殊的扩增带,这些带可作为分子标记应用于植物的分类和鉴定。
The cucurbitceae plants were tested with polymorphic RAPD markers using the rapidcycler RAPD technique was used to detect genetic DNA polymorphic 12 materials(including 3 genses:3 species,5 subspecies and 2 varieties )among species and geneses of cucurbitaceae They were examined with 14 random 10 mer primers and 129 polymorphic RAPD bands were got Based on the data obtained,dendrogram was constructed using Nei's genetic similarity coefficient and UPGMA program The result showed that RAPD technique could show the plentiful DNA polymorphic among various gentic DNA and the relationships getting from the systematic analysis of the polymorphic DNA were similar to morphological classification The Citrullus Lanatus,Cucumis melo and among the species of cucurbita moschata own their specific bands,respectively RAPD technique provides a new methods for cultivator identification and classification in the cucurbitaceae plants as well
