Construction of the Environmental Factor System of Survival Entrepreneurship:Based on Chinese Circumstances

摘要创业环境是创业领域研究的关键问题之一,本文把创业环境看作是一个系统,在系统中不同的环境要素对创业的影响也是不同的。对于创业环境系统来说,要提高其系统功能,优化其结构,必须根据系统主要影响因素的特性进行系统设计。本文通过对创业者进行调查,分别对机会型创业和生存型创业环境要素的重要程度进行了单项排序,并进行了对比分析,最后,结合中国情境尝试运用TN法构建了生存型的创业环境要素体系。 Entrepreneurial environment is one of the key questions in entrepreneurship research field.This article studied the entrepreneurial environment as a system,in which different environmental factors have different effect on entrepreneurship.As for the entrepreneurial environment system,to improve its system function and optimize its structure,we should design it systematically according to the characteristic the main influencing factors.By inquiring entrepreneurs,this article has ranked the entrepreneurial environment factors of opportunity entrepreneurship and survival entrepreneurship separately by their importance,and contrasted them.In the end,this article has constructed the environmental factor system of survival entrepreneurship according to Chinese circumstances by applying TN method.
