汽车真空助力器带主缸总成试验台研究 被引量:1

摘要 汽车真空助力器性能试验包括的试验项目很多,试验标准也不统一,严重限制了产品的通用化和系列化,也不利于产品的质量监督和技术交流。本文在分析和研究国家标准基础上,通过大量的试验,最后确定在试验台的加载端采用伺服电动机作为动力;在负载端采用弹簧活塞以及软管2种负载方案;控制部分采用工控机及PCL系列接口卡,实现对整个试验台的控制;液压系统采用电液伺服阀,气动系统采用增压器和比例阀,分别对液压和气压进行控制。大量测试试验证明,该系统测试方法合理、功能齐全、自动化程度高、测试结果准确可靠。 Vacuum booster performance test includes many of the pilot projects,and the test standards are not uniform.It can not only limit the product of generic and serialization,but also impede the product quality supervision and technical exchanges.Based on the analysis and research on national standards,and with a large number of tests,we finally used the test bed to determine the loading end as the servo motor power.In the spring piston and the load used two hose load program,control parts of the IPC and PCL Series with interface cards achieved the control of the entire test bed.Hydraulic system used electro-hydraulic servo valve,pneumatic system and the proportional valve with supercharger,respectively controlled the hydraulic and pneumatic.A lot of test proves that this system testing method is reasonable and has complete functions,high degree of automation,accuracy and reliability.
