摘要
介绍了基于逆向工程的硅胶模具制造技术方案与应用实例,通过对样品扫描、Geomagic数据处理、硅胶模具制造工艺等过程介绍,分析了利用逆向工程制造硅胶模具技术的关键技术。利用逆向工程,通过对零件复制和修复,或者对零件进行改型设计,设计周期短,方式灵活,在硅胶模具工业应用领域有重要意义。
The paper describes the reverse engineering of silicone-based mold manufacturing technology programs and the application example,by scanning the sample,geomagic data processing procedures such as silicone mold manufacturing process introduction,analyzes of the use of reverse engineering and manufacturing silicone molds key technology.By using reverse engineering and through replication and repairing parts,or retrofitting design of the parts,the designing cycle become short and flexible,the meaning of industrial applications in the silicone mold is important.
