摘要
为提高液压系统阀块、油路块等液压元件的螺纹垂直度,提高螺纹加工效率,提出了采用直槽丝锥的柔性攻丝加工方案和采用螺旋槽丝锥的刚性攻丝加工方案,并对2种螺纹数控加工工艺进行加工分析。通过在立式加工中心上对不同规格螺纹进行柔性/刚性攻丝试验来验证加工分析的准确性。试验结果表明,柔性攻丝加工的螺纹表面粗糙度差且加工效率低,而刚性攻丝加工的螺纹表面粗糙度良好,且螺纹轴线与其端面垂直度均小于0.02 mm,满足产品要求。
To improve the thread verticality of valve blocks,oil circuit block and other components of hydraulic system,and to improve the machining efficiency of thread,two machining plans were presented.One is the flexible tapping of using straight fluted taps,another is the hard tapping of using spiral fluted tap,and two kinds of CNC machining process of thread were analyzed.It was tested and verified by the flexible tapping or the hard tapping experiment of the different-specifications thread in the vertical machining center.The results show that the roughness of the thread machined using flexible tapping was low and the machining efficiency of this method was also low,the roughness of the thread machined using hard tapping was well and the verticality between the thread axis and end face was less than 0.02 mm,the thread met the product requirements.
