摘要
对产生裂纹的齿轮进行了原因分析,并通过模拟不当控制环节,采用工艺试验方法再现了故障。通过分析与试验相结合的方法,找到裂纹产生的原因。采取进一步细化、落实镀铜工序重点过程控制要求,且内孔壁渗碳前加大预留加工余量等措施,提高并稳定了齿轮的制造质量。
Analyzed some kinds of crack causes of the gear,and restored the breakdown through improper control link simulation and method of process test.By means of analysis and test,fond out the causes of the crack.Took further steppes and implemented the key process control of copperplating,increasing reserve limits of hole wall of gear before carburizing,by doing that,improved and stabilized the gear manufacturing quality.
