摘要
系统研究了镁离子浓度在不同温度时对锌电积过程锌电积液密度、黏度、电导率、电流效率和能耗的影响。结果表明,在同一温度下,电积液的密度和黏度随镁离子浓度的增加而增大,电积液的电导率随镁离子浓度的增加而降低。在同一镁离子浓度下,电积液的密度和黏度随温度的增高而降低,电积液的电导率随温度的升高而增大。在电沉积锌过程中,在同一电积温度下,镁离子的增加使得电流效率下降,电耗增大。在同一镁离子浓度下,随着电积温度的升高,电流效率增大。
The effects of the concentration of magnesium ion in the solution in zinc electrowinning on the density,viscosity,conductivity,current efficiency and energy consumption have been investigated.The results show that density and viscosity of electrolyte increase with the increasing of Mg2+ concentration and conductivity decreases at the same temperature.Density and viscosity of electrolyte decrease with the increasing of temperature and conductivity increases at the same Mg2+ concentration.The current efficiency decreases and energy consumption increases with the increasing of Mg2+ concentration at the same temperature in zinc electrowinning.The currency efficiency increases with the increasing of temperature in zinc electrowinning at the same Mg2+ concentration.
