摘要
对高硅铝土矿进行了盐酸浸出的探索性试验研究。考察了液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度、盐酸质量百分浓度对铝土矿中氧化铝和铁的浸出率影响。通过各单因素条件试验确定了铝土矿盐酸浸出的最佳工艺参数,Al2O3的浸出率可以达到93%以上。
The hydrochloric acid leaching for high-silicon bauxite is researched.The relevant processing parameters for alumina and iron leaching in hydrochloric acid are studied,including the ratio of liquid to solid,leaching time,temperature,and acid concentration.The optimum parameters are established for the leaching of a high-silicon bauxite,and more than 94% alumina can be leached out.
