乳化液膜法处理模拟甲苯废气实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用以煤油为油相,Span-85为表面活性剂制取的乳化液吸收甲苯废气,考察了表面活性剂浓度、进口甲苯气体浓度及喷淋液气比对吸收效率的影响,实验在填料塔中进行.结果表明,表面活性剂浓度小于2%时,表面活性剂对吸收效果影响较小,而大于2%时,随着浓度的增大吸收效率有明显的减小;进口甲苯浓度在300~900 mg.m-3的范围内,吸收效率随着甲苯浓度的提高而提高;喷淋液气比在3.0~5.0 L.m-3范围内,吸收效率随着液气比的增大而提高.在选择合适的乳化液及喷淋液气比基础上,处理浓度为300~900 mg.m-3低浓度甲苯废气,吸收效率可达85%以上. Using emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) which used kerosene as oil phase and Span-85 as surfactant condition of low concentrations of toluene carried out in the packing column surfactant concentration,import toluene concentration and liquid-gas ratio were investigated as affecting factors.The results showed that when the surfactant concentration is less than 2%,the effect of surfactants on the absorption is not obvious,but more than 2% and with the increase of the concentration,the absorption rates significantly decreased;the absorption rates increased with the increase of imports of toluene concentration or liquid-gas ratio.In selecting emulsion liquid membrane(ELM) and liquid-gas ratio,dealing with the concentration of 300~900 mg·m-3 of low concentrations of toluene,the removal rate can reach to 85%.
