摘要
模仿蚕的干法纺丝工艺,制备了再生丝素蛋白纤维,并通过后处理进一步提高了其力学性能。结果表明:与无机盐水溶液后处理体系相比,醇的水溶液可显著促使蛋白构象从无规卷曲及α-helix转变为β-sheet。同时通过拉伸诱导β-sheet构象取向,干纺纤维的力学强度可大幅提高。在φ=80%的乙醇-水溶液中,将初生丝拉伸2倍后再浸泡1 h,其断裂强度可达200 MPa,断裂伸长率可达48%。
By mimicking the dry-spinning process of silkworm,regenerated silk fibroin(RSF) fiber was dry-spun and then post-treated to improve its mechanical properties.Compared to inorganic salt solution,the alcohol-water systems can obviously induce the conformation of the fiber from random coil and α-helix to β-sheet.Meanwhile,a drawing induced orientation of β-sheet can result in a drastic improvement of the fiber tenacity.The breaking strength and the elongation at break of the fiber are improved up to 200 MPa and 48%,respectively,when the fiber is drawn 2 times in ethanol aqueous solution (φ=80%),and then is(immersed) in the solution for 1 h.
