摘要
采用共聚单体经溶液聚合制成防泳移剂,研究了单体的筛选、共聚单体质量比、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对防泳移剂合成的影响,并测试了防泳移剂用量对涂料染色性能的影响,优化的防泳移剂合成条件为:m(甲基丙烯酸)∶m(丙烯酰胺)∶m(顺丁烯二酸酐)=6∶8∶1、w(引发剂)=4.0%(对单体质量)、85℃反应5 h.用防泳移剂6 g/L进行涂料染色,所得色织物防泳移性5级、干摩擦牢度4~5级、湿摩擦牢度3~4级、手感较软.
Antimigrant was prepared by comonomers with solution polymerization method.The effects of selection of monomer,mass ratio of comonomers,dosage of initiator,reaction temperature and time on the syn-thesis of antimigrant were investigated.The influence of antimigrant dosage on pigment dyeing behavior was tested.The optimal synthesis conditions were: m(methacrylic acid) ∶m(acrylamide) ∶m(maleic anhydride) =6 ∶8 ∶1,w(initiator)=4.0%(on the mass of monomer),reacted at 85 ℃ for 5 h.The antimigration level of fabric pigment dyed with 6 g/L of antimigrant was grade 5,dry crocking fastness was level 4~5,wet crocking fastness was lev-el 3~4,the handle was soft.
