摘要
研究了第三方物流企业如何正确、有效地开展仓单质押业务扩大企业的融资渠道,提出了标准仓单质押业务流程;并应用数学模型对生产企业仓单质押与第三方物流企业仓单质押的综合经济效益进行分析。
The paper studies how the TPL enterprises can effectively extend their financing channel through the implementation of warehouse receipt pledge,proposes its standard working process,and analyzes mathematically the comprehensive economic benefits of warehouse receipt pledge as implemented by manufacturing enterprises as well as by TPL enterprises.
