摘要
利用随机过程和排队论的相关知识,通过对爱尔朗排队模型进行性能分析以及参数求解,给出其在配送中心中的具体应用,并通过实例求解。通过求解系统空闲的概率、系统平均队长、排队等候平均队长、车辆在配送中心中的逗留时间、平均排队时间,比较单路排队和多路排队的区别,以此判断配送中心的车辆调度系统建设是否合理。
After empolying the relevant knowledge of the stochastic process and queuing theory to the effect analysis and parameter assignment of the Erlang queuing model,the paper expounds the specific application of the model in distribution centers in a case study.Through observing the System idling probability,average system queue length,average waiting queue length,waiting time of vehicles in distribution centers,average waiting time in queue and comparing single line queues with multiple-line queues,the paper passes judgment on the effectiveness of the vehicle dispatching system of distribution centers.
