摘要
针对大型仪器设备采购过程中容易忽视的问题,介绍了大型仪器设备采购过程中应遵循的原则和需要考虑的因素。为提高大型仪器设备采购过程中的科学决策水平,阐述了投资回收期评价、费用(成本)比较评价、费用效率评价三种经济性评价决策方法,并给出了每种方法相对应的数学模型、适用范围及应用案例。
In view of the matters easily overlooked in the purchasing of large-scale equipment,the paper introduces the principles to follow and factors worthy of consideration in the process,and elaborates on the investment payback period evaluation,cost comparison evluation and cost effectiveness evaluation,providing mathematical model for each of them as well as its scope of application and relevant case studies.
