In view of the situation that the logistics system of a certain large-scale coal enterprise is increasingly behind its rapid development,the paper reaches the inevitable conclusion that the use of information technology is a must in the improvement of the supply chain lean management of the coal enterprise,then introduces the specifics of the process,the main functionalities to be realized,and the expected results,and finally offers suggestions for the construction of enterprise logistics information systems.
