硼酸改性酚醛树脂的制备与表征 被引量:12

摘要 采用硼酸对酚醛树脂(PF)进行改性,制得具有耐高温性能的硼酚醛树脂(BPF)。通过热分析和强度试验考察其性能。热分析研究表明,BPF的耐热性能明显优于传统的热塑性PF,硼质量分数为8%时的效果较佳,BPF的热失重分解温度比纯PF提高了110°C,冲击强度提高了120%。 The modification with bric acid was adopted to prepare phenolic resin with high thermal stability.The heat-curing property of the modified phenolic resin product(BPF) was superior to the traditional thermoplastic phenolic resin(PF).Thermal analysis studied showed that adding 8% boron the thermal degradation temperature of BPF was 110 ℃ higher than that of pure PF.In addition,the impact strength of BPF increased by 120% in comperison to pure PF.
