小流域参与式土地利用规划与现有土地利用总体规划的对比研究

Comparison Study of Micro-watershed PLUP with Existing Landuse Overall Planning

参与式土地利用规划(PLUP)是中/德合作项目"江西省山区可持续发展"的重要内容和活动,本文对小流域尺度的PLUP和国家现有土地利用总体规划进行了比较研究,从目标、原则、方法、内容和实施五个方面进行了相互对比,以期为小流域PLUP与现有土地利用总体规划(县、乡级)的衔接,也为今后规划参与者编制PLUP培训教材提供一些参考价值。

Participatory Land Use Planning（PLUP） was an important content and activity in the Sino-German project ＂Sustainable Development of Mountain Areas Jiangxi Province＂.This paper made a comparison study of Micro-watershed PLUP with Existing Landuse Overall Planning in the aspects of their targets,principles, methodologies,contents and implementations in hopes of providing some references to dovetailing the Micro-watershed PLUP to the Existing Landuse Overall Planning at county and township scales,and composing the PLUP Training Manual for the future participants.
