榆横城市空间统筹发展战略研究

A study on planning in one space development strategy between Yulin & Hengshan urbanization

目的研究榆横城市关系及榆林城市用地条件,按照区域城市空间扩展的理论探讨榆横结合部城市用地扩展的规律和远景形态,寻求打破行政区划的区域城市化途径。方法实地考察榆林-横山两地之间的地貌形态,分析区域城市空间扩展的基础条件,归纳整理两地城市空间发展的规律,预测两地间未来城市空间的布局形态。结果在引力作用和产业集聚双重作用下,两城市之间的区域往往比外围其他地区具有更高的集聚能力和发展机遇,成为率先发展区域。榆横城市空间发展必然遵循先向心集聚再外围扩散的核心-外围发展模式,最终带领陕北走向区域城市化、城市网络化的发展格局。结论榆横结合部是两个城市空间整合的载体,是打破行政区划界限统筹共建的示范区。优先建设榆横新区,能优化区域城市空间结构,带动榆林地区城市化快速发展。

Aim To analyze the district feature ＆ relationship between Yulin and Hengshan county, discuss the district prospect contractures according to the theory discipline under the economic foundation and industrial strucas, forecast the spatial prospect in the future. Results Under the gravitation effects and industrial agglomeration dual function, the district between two regional has more developing chance and gather ability in regional urbanization process. Conclusion As an area to integrate Yulin and Hengshan urban space, the contiguity was broken in the administrative division boundary, plan urban and rural in one development is the sustainable developing road and example in Yulin urbanization. Prior building the contiguity area can optimize the urban space structure, drive the district into area-urbanization development.
