A Simple and Automatic Transistor Curve Tracer

该简易自动晶体管特性图示仪以AT89S52单片机为控制核心,由D/A来输出扫描电压和阶梯电流,可以自动识别晶体管的管脚与极性,并测量共射组态下三极管的特性曲线与主要参数以及稳压二极管的反向伏安特性。系统采用示波器作为图形显示终端,可直接从示波器上观察到稳压二极管、三极管的特性曲线,并可同时测量晶体管的主要参数:交/直流电流放大倍数、反向饱和电流Iceo和H参数。

With the MCU AT89S52 being the control canter,the simple graphic instrument can automatically identify transistors ＇pins and polarities,Scanning voltage and stepped current.needed to measure characteristic curves,ere sourced from the DAC,which is under the control of the MCU.Meanwhile,it can measure transistors＇ characteristic curves and main parameters.such as ACIDC current gain,collector cutoff current,H parameters and so on.The curves can be traced by an oscillograph or a LCD.
