燃烧生物质水冷振动炉排锅炉的研发及应用 被引量:2

摘要 75t/h的秸秆直燃水冷振动炉排锅炉实际应用表明,水冷振动炉排冷却效果很好,其燃料适应性广,变负荷能力强,最大负荷可以达到80t/h,汽温稳定,调节性能好,各项参数均达到和超过设计值。运行期间,锅炉排烟温度约135℃,未发现低温腐蚀和堵灰现象。锅炉燃烧稻壳时,飞灰含碳量为9.6%,大渣含碳量为12.2%,经折算后得出锅炉效率为89.36%,高于设计值。 The practical application of 75 t/h water cooled vibratory grate boiler with direct combustion of straw and stalks shows that the adaptability to fuel is wide,the capability of load variation is strong,the maximum load can reach to 80 t/h,the steam temperature is stable,having good regulation behavior,all parameters have reached or surpass the designed values.During period of operation,the exhausted gas temperature from boiler is about 135 ℃,phenomena of low-temperature corrosion and ash clogging have never been discovered.In the event of burning rice-husks in the boiler,the carbon content in fly ash is 9.6%,and in big slags is 12.2%,it is obtained after conversion that the boiler efficiency to be 89.36%,being greater than the designed value.
