摘要
通过改变汽轮发电机组轴系标高来得到各种不对中工况,并计算各种不对中工况下的支承轴承载荷变化。根据支承轴承的载荷变化,可反演计算出不对中联轴器所承受的力和力矩,并依此对轴系不对中进行定量的振动分析。对某台300MW机组的实例分析表明,汽轮发电机轴系不对中的反演计算分析方法适用于各种复杂、多自由度的轴系不对中振动分析。
Through varying the bearings' elevation of turbo-generator set,the operating condition under various misalignment has been obtained,and the load variation of support bearing under various misalignment conditions being calculated.Based on load variation of support bearings,the force and moment borne by the misalignment couplings can be calculated by using the inverse mathematical computation method,and the quantitative vibration analysis of shaft misalignment may be carried out on this basis.An example of analysis for one 300 MW unit shows that the said method is suitable to analyse misalignment vibration of various complex shaft system with multi-digree of freedom.
