摘要
通过对锅炉高温联箱结构、易失效部位及影响因素的分析,建立了高温联箱寿命管理模型。通过实时获取高温联箱的运行温度和压力数据,结合其结构和材质等工艺参数,实现了联箱寿命、应力、蠕变损伤、疲劳损伤的在线监测。经多家电厂应用,可完全满足指导锅炉高温联箱的运行和检修的需要。
Through analysis of high-temperature header's structure,location easily to be failure,and its affecting factors,a servive life management model of the high-temperature header has been established.Through real-time obtained data of temperature and pressure in operation of the high-temperature header,combing with the technological parameters in its structure and material quality etc.,the on-line monitoring for service life,stress,creep damage,and fatigue damage of header has been realized.Application in many plants shows that the said system can fully satisfy the requirements in operation and repair of the high-temperature header of boilers.
