嘉峪关市产业结构效益及调整方向研究

Research on industrial structure benefit and reorientation of Jiayuguan City

根据1998—2007年经济统计数据,对嘉峪关市产业结构现状进行分析,并运用比较劳动生产率、产业结构偏离度、偏离-份额分析3种方法对嘉峪关市产业结构效益进行了实证研究.结果表明,嘉峪关市产业结构资源型城市特征明显,存在一定不合理现象,需要进一步调整优化.为改善嘉峪关市经济增长质量,促进经济发展,提出引导产业向多元方向转变、注意资源开发,延长工业产业链条、大力发展第三产业,积极培育新兴产业以及积极发展节水农业和高效农业四个方面为今后产业结构调整重点.

According to economic statistical data from 1998—2007,this paper analyzes the status of industrial structure of Jiayuguan City.The industrial structure benefit of Jiayuguan City is analysed by means of relative labor productivity,deviation contrast and shift-share analysis.The results show that characteristic of resources cities is an obvious feature of industrial structure of Jiayuguan City.In addition,some unreasonable phenomenon of the industrial structure need to further adjust and optimize.For adjusting the industrial structure,improving the quality of economic growth and promoting economic development of Jiayuguan City,the industrial restructuring will focus on the following four：to guide industry shift to multi-direction,pay attention to resource development,to extend the industrial production chain,vigorously develop the tertiary industry,actively foster new industries and actively develop water-saving agriculture and efficient agriculture.
