摘要
根据钢筋砼的特性,从理论分析结合实践经验合理选择了金刚石钻头的主要性能参数。GW2号配方对钢筋砼的适用性较好,胎体性能稳定,并选用了粒度为40~50目、浓度为45%的较高品级金刚石与该胎体相匹配,在生产使用中取得了较好的钻进效果。
Based on the property of steel reinforced concrete, main parameters are determined by combining theoretical analysis with practice experience. Formula GW 2 of matrix has good adaptabilily to steel reinforced concrete and its matrix property is stable, especially matched with better grade diamond of grain size 40~50 mesh and concentration 45%, so the penetration result is ideal in practice.
