摘要 电动阀门动力装置的控制特性和可靠性对阀门和整个管网系统的自动化控制具有重要影响。该文根据开关阀的动作机理和无刷直流电机的工作原理,利用脉宽调制专用集成芯片和复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD),设计了开关阀动力装置的无刷直流电机控制器。软件仿真和试验表明,驱动装置结构简单,调试方便,可靠性高,适合于炼油化工、油气储运、水利等行业要求。 The control characteristics and reliability of power unit of electric valve has an important influence on the performance of valve and automation of pipe network system.Based on the switching valve action mechanism and the principle of brushless DC motor(BLDCM),a controller was designed for switching valve power unit with BLDCM,by use of pulse-width control specific integrated chip and complex programmable logic devices(CPLD).Software simulation and experiments show that power unit of valve has simple structure,easily adjusting,and high reliability.
