防洪调度智能决策支持系统（ＦＣＤＩＤＳＳ）是实现防汛指挥管理科学化和现代化的重要手段。通过对ＦＣＤＩＤＳＳ的分析，论述了ＦＣＤＩＤＳＳ的总体设计、模型库设计和知识库设计，提出了在进一步详细设计中应注意的问题。

Flood Control Dispatch Intelligence Decision Supporting System (FCDIDSS)is an important tool to perform the scientific and modernized management in flood control.Through the analysis of FCDIDSS,this paper states the general design for the FCDIDSS,the design of its Model Base and Intelligence Base,and the issues which should be paid attention to in the further detailed designs.
