摘要
自动化和智能化是未来粉末注射成形技术的重要发展方向,本文通过对注射模具温度基于滑动窗口技术的数据挖掘处理以及对注射坯CT切片密度分布的分析修正、阈值预处理后,采用基于神经网络数据融合的方式对多源数据进行融合,实现对注射坯密度分布的有效控制。
The combination of automation and intellectualization will be an important development direction of the future powder injection forming technique.Data mining technology is studied based on the sliding window of the injection mold temperature.The amendment and pretreatment of density distribution is done for the slice based on the CT slice of the injection semi-finish products. Multi-source data is fused using a data fusion approach based on neural networks.The effective control of the injection semifinished product density distribution is realized.
