解析居住区规划理念——以牡丹江新阳绿城小区为例

Analysis on The Concept of Residential Planning, Taking Xin Yang Lv Cheng Community in Mudanjiang City for instance

以牡丹江市新阳绿城小区规划方案为例,对居住小区规划设计的现代人居理念进行了研究,并从规划总体构思、规划布局、建筑单体设计等方面入手,着重就居住环境的人性化、商业与居住建筑的和谐共存、动静分离等设计理念进行了有益的思考,并利用Air-pak软件对小区建成后的风环境进行了模拟,增补了小区规划中风环境研究的空白。

Taking the planning of Xin Yang Lv Cheng Community in Mudanjiang City for instance, this paper conducts research on modern habitat concept of community planning and design, and gives a beneficial analysis on mainly one design concepts including humane living environment, harmonious coexistence of commerce and residential buildings and dynamic and static separation. Besides, Air-pak is used to simulate wind enlivenment after the community is completed, which has fill in the blank of wind environment studies in community planning.
