摘要
2009年5—10月在黑河流域中游定位观测了花棒的开花特性,运用人工授粉和套袋试验等方法测定了花棒的繁育系统。结果表明,花棒单朵花的花期为2~5d。花粉属"非淀粉型",寿命4~8h。访花者有10余种,以膜翅目昆虫为主。授粉实验结果显示其不存在无融合生殖,自交亲和,自然条件下,虫媒在传粉过程中起决定性的作用,表明花棒的繁育系统为混合交配系统。
The flowering characteristics of Hedysarum scoparium were investigated and the breeding system was characterized by the outcome of bag test and artificial pollination experiment in the study area of the middle reaches of Heihe river from May to October in 2009. The main results were as follows: The life span of a single flower of H. scoparium was 2~5 d. The pollen was starchless and its viability was 4~8 h. More than 10 species of flower were observed in florescence of H. scoparium. The most common flower visitors belonged to Hymenopter. The results of artificial pollination experiments showed that the cross-pollination of H.scoparium was fertile. The self-compatibility existed and there was no apomixes. Entomoplily played a decisive role in the process of pollination. Thus, H.scoparium appeared to have a mixed-mating system.
