焦炉作业工人CYFRA21-1、SCC、TNF、NSE指标的观察研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察焦炉逸散物(COEs)相关肿瘤标志物—细胞角蛋白(CYFRA21-1)、鳞状上皮癌细胞抗原(SCC)、神经原特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)在焦炉工人血清中的表达及临床意义。方法:选择35例工龄在3年以上的焦炉工人(COEs暴露人群)为实验组;选择35例来自维修车间和行政部门的工人(COEs非暴露人群)为对照组。在常规职业健康查体的同时,采集空腹静脉血用免疫酶联吸附测定法检测血清中肿瘤标志物水平,将四种肿瘤标志物进行实验组与对照组比较、工龄分组比较、作业环境分组(炉顶组和炉侧组)比较,进行统计学分析。结果:暴露人群血清中肿瘤标志物CYFRA21-1、NSE水平显著高于非暴露人群组(P<0.01);作业岗位炉顶组CYFRA21-1、NSE高于炉侧组(P<0.05);工龄分组比较随接触工龄的年数增加而增高(P<0.05),均具有统计学意义。结论:焦炉作业工人血清中CYFRA21-1、SCC、NSE、TNF水平呈不同程度的阳性表达,本研究可以为COEs暴露和相关健康损伤程度的常规检测提供技术支持,为减少COEs暴露和相关焦炉工人肺癌提供科学依据。 Objective:To observe the expression of the related tumor markers—cytokeratins(CYFRA21-1),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC),neuron specific enolase(NSE)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)in coke oven worker's serum and to analyze its clinical significance.Methods:The experimental group was composed of 35 subjects who exposed to emissions in coke oven for 3 or more than 3 years(COEs exposed population),The contrast group was composed of 35 subjects come from repair department and administration department(COEs non-exposed population),making the compulsory routine occupational health examination while collecting fasting venous blood,used the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to detect the level of the tumor makers in the serum.Compared the tumor makers which from the exposed group with the contrast group,compare the working age,the oven-top group and the oven-side group.Results:The levels of the tumor markers--CYFRA21-1 and NSE which from the exposed population were higher than the non-exposed population(P0.01);in the work place team,the levels of the CYFRA21-1 and NSE which from the oven-top group were higher than the oven-side group(P0.05);in the work age team,the levels were increased along with the exposed age(P0.05),the difference had statistical significance.Conclusions:The CYFRA21-1,SCC,NSE and TNF of the coke oven worker's serum were positive expression showed different degrees.The study could imply technology support for routine test of COEs exposed and related healthy damage degree;imply scientific support for reducing the exposing of COEs and related coke oven workers'lung cancer.
