摘要 新一代低压电器产品一般都具有通信接口,能与多种开放式先进现场总线连接,从而满足低压配电与控制系统网络化需求。针对低压电器的这一特点,设计了一种基于总线技术和虚拟仪器技术的低压电器远程监控系统,实现了对多个节点的CW系列万能式断路器工作状态的远程监控。利用Lab-VIEW7 Express软件构建了低压电器监控平台,通过Modbus-RTU协议实现监控主机与CW系列万能式断路器的通信,最后通过LabVIEW内嵌的TCP/IP协议实现了远程监控。该系统结构简单、实时性高、易于扩展,具有一定的推广价值和应用前景。 The new generation of low-voltage electrical apparatus has communication interface, which can be linked with kinds of open-advanced field bus. It can be realized low-voltage power distribution and control sys- tem networking. In response to this characteristic, a remote supervisory system of low-voltage electrical appara- tus based on field bus and virtual instrument technology is designed, and remote supervisory toward working status about CW series universal circuit breakers is realized. The low-voltage electrical apparatus supervisory platform is constructed by LabVIEW 7 Express. The supervisory PC communicates with CW through Modbus- RTU protocal, and accomplishes remote supervisory by TCP/IP. The designed system has simple structure, high real-time, easy expansion and has certain application value.
