摘要 根据陕北某油田的生产现状,设计了一种新型油井监控系统,系统采用ATmega16-16MI微控制器作为数据采集的主机,通过高精度传感器及高敏感器件检测抽油机的载荷及位移、电流、电压、冲程、冲次等参数,并在现场液晶屏上显示各参数值和抽油机示功图;监控主站软件采用LabVIEW与Matlab混合编程,完成示功图识别和油井工况诊断等功能。对系统功能、硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计做了详细的论述,该系统基本满足了油田对于抽油机监控的需要,和市场上现成的RTU组态方案相比,具有系统资源利用率高、价格低廉、便于维修等特点,具有一定的应用价值和市场前景。 According to the production status of an oil field in northern ShaanXi province, a new oil well moni- toring system is designed, which uses ATmegal6-16MI micro-controller to collect data, by application of the high-precision sensors and highly sensitive detection devices. The load and displacement pumping unit, cur- rent, voltage, stroke, frequency of stroke parameters have been tested, and each parameter value and the pum- ping work can be displayed on a LCD screen. Software in the monitoring master station uses both LabVIEW and Matlab programming to complete the pumping work display and to identify the oil wells working condition diag- nosis functions. The system functions, hardware composition, theory and software design work are discussed. The system basically meets the needs of oil pumping unit indication. Compared with the current RTU configura- tion system, the new system has a higher using efficiency of system resources, lower prices and easy to main- tain. And it will receive richer value in application and wider prospects in market.
