摘要
飞控系统综合测试系统是飞控系统研制中的重要设备,功能较多,结构复杂,采用传统虚拟仪器开发方法很难保证系统的实时性要求。利用一种新的Windows实时模块RTX可大大提高系统的实时性。将系统程序分成上下两层,分别运行于Windows用户层和Windows内核层即RTX中,通过共享内存完成上下层之间的数据通信。上层程序采用传统的虚拟仪器开发工具开发,下层程序采用VC开发环境,开发好的*.RTSS程序可直接在RTX上运行。采用该结构方式降低了开发难度,提高了系统实时性,达到了设计要求,已成功应用于某型号飞机的半实物仿真试验。该结构方式也可用于大型飞机和通用飞机的综合测试试验。
Integrated test facility(ITF) is very important in development of flight control system. ITF has much function and complex structure. It' s very hard to keep system real-time(RT) response by using traditional VI developing method. Real-time capability can be highly increased by using a kind of new Windows RT model- RTX. System can be divided into two layers: top layer and bottom layer. Top layer can run in Windows user lay- er and bottom layer in Windows kernel layer. These two layers exchange data by using shared memory. The top layer can be developed by traditional VI develop studios, while bottom layer use VC. The finished *. RTSS can directly run on RTX. Developing difficulties is decreased, while system RT response is increased by using this top-bottom structure. Finally the system meets the developing requirement and successfully used in hardware in loop (HIL) experiment for a certain aircraft. This top-bottom structure can also be used to integrate test experi- ment for heavy plane or universal plane.
