以圆柱滚子轴承内圈为研究对象,利用Abaqus/Explicit通用有限元程序来模拟冷辗扩过程。进行有限元分析前处理的工作是运用冷辗扩理论来设计环件毛坯尺寸及确定其工艺参数,建立符合实际加工有限元模型。

The Cylindrical Roller Bearing is as object of study,The general finite element program ABAQUS/EXPLICT is used to simulate the radial ring rolling process.however,the pre-treat work of using finite element analysis is to design blank dimension and fix technological parameter with cold ring rolling theory.then,the finite element model which is accorded with actual processing request is build.
