摘要 基于Pro/ENGINEER环境,利用齿轮的参数化设计方法,对叶轮旋转式蔬菜清洗装置的齿轮进行设计。首先通过拉伸命令绘制齿轮基本框架,然后分别对齿顶圆、分度圆、齿根圆、基圆进行相应的约束,根据齿轮渐开线参数方程绘制齿廓线,最后设计出三维实体模型。结果表明,在Pro/ENGINEER设计环境下,利用参数化方法进行三维建模,能大大缩短设计时间、提高设计效率。 According to the parametric design method of gear,in this paper,based on the environment of Pro/ENGINEER,the gear of the impeller-rotation vegetable cleaning device was designed.Firstly, the gear frame was drawn through the order of extrusion.Then,the addendum circle,reference circle,dedendum circle and base circle was constrained by equation respectively.The generating line was described in accordance with the parametric equation of the involute .At last,the 3-D entity model was established.The results showed that,in the design environment of Pro/ENGINEER,using parametric equation making 3-D modeling could shorten design cycle time,improve design efficiency significantly.
