神经网络在冷剪机曲轴优化中的应用

The application of neural networks in the optimization of the crankshaft of cold shearing machine

摘要 为了使设计者从复杂的数值计算中解放出来,并在冷剪机曲轴结构设计中有效利用原有的经验,利用有限元分析获取大量的知识,提出了基于神经网络的曲轴结构优化模型。通过仿真结果与分析结果对比获得了良好的一致性,为曲轴类零件结构设计提供了一种新思路。 In order to enable designers liberating from the complex numerical calculation and effective use of the original experience in design of the Crankshaft of Cold shearing Machine,using finite element analysis to obtain a lot of knowledge,propose the optimization model of the crankshaft structural based on neural network.The simulation results through comparison with the results of the analysis to obtain a good consistency,as well as provides a new method of parts of the structure of the crankshaft design.
