摘要
后处理是将CAM软件生成的刀轨数据转换成特定机床能够识别执行的代码的技术,是连接CAM软件和机床的桥梁。分析了复合机床NX后处理的工作原理,以宝美铣车加工中心为例对复合机床后处理器开发的关键技术进行了较深入的分析。
Postprocessing is a technique which mainly is to make the cutter location source file tha is created by CAM the acceptable NC code file for specific machine.It is a bridge which connects CAM software and machine.The analysis is made for the working principle of NX postprocessing on comple machine.Based on BUMOTEC mill-turn machine,the thorough research of some key technologies is don in building the postprocessor.
