摘要
目前国产300MW、600MW汽轮机的低压汽缸中分面在运行中普遍存在着漏汽,从而导致机组运行经济性下降。本文以300MW机组低压汽缸作为研究对象,对其结构利用有限元分析软件AN-SYS进行实体建模,根据内缸的实际特点,分析汽缸的应力与温度分布,计算低压汽缸膨胀变形量,并计算出低压连通管的冷拉值,根据低压连通管的冷拉值选择最佳性能补偿器来解决低压缸的漏汽现象。
At present, the 600 mw steam turbine of homemade 300MW low-pressure cylinders in operation in the face of universal existence,resulting in the leakage steam generator operating efficiency.Based on the 300MW low-pressure cylinders as the research object, its structure using finite element analysis software ANSYS,the entity modeling are within the cylinder features according to the analysis,the stress and temperature distribution in the cylinder pressure cylinders,inflation is calculated, and the deformation of the cold LianTongGuan low voltage values,and according to the cold pull values LianTongGuan choose the best performance compensator to solve the condenser leakage phenomenon of lower-pressure cylinder.
