摘要
针对注塑机定模板易发生早期断裂的情况,建立各模板与拉杆的三维几何模型,在AN-SYS环境下进行整体应力分析,得到定模板在工作循环中最大危险点及其应力值,并据此对定模板进行疲劳强度校核。提出了一种基于整体应力有限元分析进行定模板疲劳校核的方法,为注塑机各模板的疲劳校核计算提供了有价值的指导和参考。
On the question of the stationary platen untimely growing crack,by establishing the 3-D integrated model of tie-bars and platens,The stress analysis of an integrated model is operated by ANSYS software to obtain the peril point and its stress of the platen working in cycle.Fatigue strength is checked by using these data.A new method that fatigue strength is checked by the modal method stress analysis of an integrated model is found.The guide and theories used in design of platen and calculate of fatigue strength provided.
