摘要
以工业用低速齿轮为研究对象,应用PRO/E设计软件进行注塑模具三维设计。在确定注塑机的基础上,进行了分型面、浇口、型腔和主流道的设计,并提出了标准模架的选择。利用Pro/ENGI-NEER软件中PlasticsAdvises模块进行浇口最佳位置分析、填充可行性分析、压力降分析以及质量预测分析。最后设计出三维注塑模具。
Taking industrial gear with low speed as an example,3D injection mould was designed by using Pro/E.Based on determination of injection machine,parting surface,gate position,cavity and sprue were designed.Standard mould frame was chosen as well.Optimum gate position,confidence of fill,analysis of pressure drop and prediction of gear quality were analyzed by applying Plastics Advises module.
