摘要 本文综述了2009年芬兰为应对经济衰退在科技创新领域的重大政策动向、重要科技创新发展动态、重大科技创新计划和国际科技合作以及相关背景等。 This report summarizes major S＆T innovation policy, important S＆T innovation developments, key S＆T programmes, international cooperation and their backgrounds in 2009 to deal with financial crisis.
