H型高血压与炎症的相关性分析

Study on the correlation between the H-type hypertension and inflammation.

目的探讨H型高血压与系统性炎症的关系。方法将入选112例原发性高血压住院患者随机分为对照组(n=55)和H型高血压组(n=57),比较24 h动态血压均值及空腹血浆高敏C-反应蛋白及同型半胱氨酸浓度差异。结果两组患者24动态血压均值收缩压、舒张压组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。H型高血压组高敏C-反应蛋白浓度显著高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者炎症损害机制可能与高同型半胱氨酸血症对高血压的协同作用有关,应采取措施积极干预。

Objective To evaluate the correlation between H-type hypertension and the systemic inflammation.Methods A cohort of 112 inpatients with essential hypertension were randomized to the control group（n=55） and the H-type hypertension group（n=57）.The mean value of 24-hour ambulance blood pressure and the concentrations of fasting serum High-sensitivity C-reactive protein（HsCRP）、Homocystein（Hcy）were observed in two groups.Results There was no significant differences in the mean value of blood pressure between two groups（P0.05）.But the HsCRP concentrations in both groups showed statistical significance（P0.05）.The index in H-type hypertension group increased obviously as compared with the control group.Conclusion The mechanism of inflammation damage in H-type hypertension may be related to a cooperative action between hyperhomocystinemia and hypertension.Positive measures should be taken to control it.
