高血压与非高血压脑梗死患者的临床观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的比较高血压与非高血压脑梗死的危险因素、发病类型和预后的差异。方法根据高血压病史将我院2006年10月~2007年12月收治的525例脑梗死患者分为高血压组(n=301例),非高血压组(n=224例),对其危险因素,脑梗死的类型和预后进行单变量和多变量分析。结果高血压脑梗死多于非高血压脑梗死,男性的比例较高。高血压组腔隙性脑梗死和后循环脑梗死发生率明显高于非高血压组,而非高血压组的高龄,心血管疾病和糖尿病明显高于高血压组,差异有统计学意义。结论高血压是引起脑梗死最重要的危险因素,特别是男性的风险较高;而高龄、糖尿病、心血管疾病是非高血压脑梗死的主要危险因素。不论高血压组还是非高血压组引起脑梗死最常见的类型为腔隙性脑梗死和后循环梗死。 Objective To compare the differences of risky factors.subtypes and prognosis of cerebral infarction in Hypertensive and Non-hypertensive.Methods A total of 525 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from October 2006 to December 2007 were divided into hypertension(n=301)and non-hypertension(n=224) according to their history of hypertension.single and multiple factor analysis in the risky factors,subtypes of cerebral infarction and prognosis were performed.Results The cases of cerebral infarction in the hypertensive group were more than in the non-hypertensive.The case rate of male patients was higher in it.The proprtions of Lacunar infarcts and posterior circulation infarcts in the hypertension were significantly higher than those in the non-hypertension,but advanced age,cardiovascular diseases and diabetes proportions in the non-hypertensive group were signficantly more than those in the hypertension,there were significant difference.Conclusion Hypertension is the most important risky factors of cerebral infarction,The risk of male patient is higher especially,but advanced age,cardiovascular diseases and diabetes are the main risky factors of cerebral infarction in the non-hypertensive cases.The most ordinary subtypes of cerebral infarction both are lacunar infarcts and posterior circulation infarcts whatever in Hypertensive or Non-hypertensive.
