摘要
目的探讨血糖调节受损与年龄相关性白内障发生发展的关系。方法测定血糖调节受损合并年龄相关性白内障患者房水及血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及一氧化氮(NO)的含量;分析血糖调节受损合并年龄相关性白内障患者血清、房水中抗氧化酶及NO含量变化。结果血糖调节受损白内障患者房水及血清中SOD、MDA、NO含量与正常组存在明显差异。结论血糖调节受损可能影响到房水代谢,改变了房水成分及抗氧化性,从而影响眼内抗氧化系统,参与了年龄相关性白内障的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the relation of development between impaired glucose regulation and age-relate cataract.Methods Determining the content of MDA、SOD and NO in blood and aqueous humor of the age-related cataract patients with impaired glucose regulation,and analyzing its variance.Results Compare with MDA、SOD and NO in blood and aqueous humor of normal group,group of the age-related cataract patients with impaired glucose regulation is obviously difference.Conclusion Impaired glucose regulation maybe infect generation of aqueous humor,change component and anti-oxidative property in aqueous humor,thus effect anti-oxidative system in Ophthalmic,participate development of age-related cataract.
