VVI起搏术后心房颤动的发生与脑钠素变化的关系

摘要 目的探讨起搏器(VVI)起搏术后心房颤动(房颤AF)的发生与血浆脑钠素(BNP)变化的关系。方法对54例VVI起搏器植入患者术前、术后0~3个月BNP的监测,以房颤发生为终点进行研究,对发生房颤组(10例)和未发生房颤组(44例)的血浆BNP的检测进行比较和分析。结果发生房颤组的BNP水平明显高于未发生房颤组,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 VVI起搏术后房颤的发生与血浆BNP水平明显升高密切相关,BNP水平能够预测VVI起搏术后房颤发生。
