摘要
创造性人才有其固有的人格特征和成长规律。当前,影响我国创造性人才培养的主要因素有:功利与求全的心态、僵化的纪律约束、狭窄的知识结构,如要培养出创造性的人才就必须解决这些问题。
There are specific personality traits and growth patterns shown by creative people.The main factors affecting the training of creative people in China include： utilitarian and all-encompassing attitudes,rigid disciplinary restriction,and limited knowledge base.These issues must be resolved in order to promote the training of creative people.
