Construction and Operation of a "Six in One" Psychological Assistance Network for University Students

提出以"助人自助,互助成长"为宗旨,以网络为载体,以服务为中心,以参与式为基础,构建并运行"六位一体"大学生心理互助网络模式的基本思想,并就网络心理互助模式的设计与构建、实施与运行等问题进行深入探讨。实践证明,该模式在大学生心理健康教育中应用效果明显,具有良好的推广前景。

A ＂six in one＂ psychological assistance network for university students is presented with its guidelines of ＂mutual assistance for healthy growth＂,its online service and form of participation,and its construction and operation by integrating six major components.A discussion is also made on the design and implementation of the network.This network has proven to be effective in university psychological education and have potential for wider application.
