摘要
电控发动机故障诊断有利于加强对汽车安全技术检测,保证车辆安全行驶及减少交通事故造成的人员伤亡和经济损失,同时降低发动机尾气排放及噪声污染。文章在分析汽车电子控制系统主要元件故障规律和故障特征的基础上,用层次分析法将定性与定量分析相结合,将决策者的经验予以量化,能够将电控发动机常见故障诊断的思维过程数量化,以期对电控发动机故障诊断技术发展起到一定作用。
Technology for checking electronic-controlled engines' problems is conducive to strengthening car safety inspection,to ensure safe driving and reduce casualties and economic losses caused by traffic accidents,meanwhile to reduce engine exhaust emissions and noise pollution.The paper analyzes the main components of automotive electronic-controlled systems and fault characteristics failure types based on AHP to combine qualitative and quantitative analysis,the decision-makers to quantify the experience,be able to fault diagnosis of electronic-controlled engine common number of thought processes to the electrronic-controlled engine fault diagnosis technology has played a role.
