控制工程领域工程硕士培养的实践

Practice on Cultivating Engineering Master in the Field of Control Engineering

本文介绍了控制工程领域工程硕士专业学位在中国石油大学的培养现状,分析了工程硕士培养中存在的问题,并从课程设置、授课方式、论文开题和毕业论文四方面给出了对策。文章结合实际经验,从坚持以人为本的理念、强化导师责任和严守学术道德三个方面为提高工程硕士培养质量提出了建议。

This paper introduces the current cultivation situation of engineering master degree in the field of control engineering of China University of Petroleum. According to the characters of petroleum universities, the problems in engineering master cultivation are analyzed. Strategies are given from four aspects. curriculum provision, teaching way, research proposal and graduation paper. Based on practical experience, suggestions for engineering master cultivation are proposed from three perspectives of insisting on the idea of human-oriented, enhancing the responsibility of tutors and strictly guarding academic morality.
