辛硫磷、甲基异柳磷在花生中的残留及安全使用评价 被引量:2

Residue and Application Safety Assessment of Phoxim and Isofenphos-methyl in Peanut

摘要 采用田间试验的方法,进行了辛硫磷、甲基异柳磷在花生及土壤中的残留消解动态及最终残留量研究,并对2种农药在花生上的安全使用进行了评价。消解动态试验结果表明:甲基异柳磷在土壤中的半衰期为9.2~10.6d,辛硫磷为5.3~6.8d;甲基异柳磷在花生植株中的半衰期为3.3~5.2d,辛硫磷为3.4~4.9d,2种农药均属易分解农药(t1/2均小于30d)。最终残留量试验结果表明:按照登记推荐使用剂量和使用方法在花生上使用,收获的花生仁中2种农药的残留量均为LOD,按推荐使用剂量使用是安全的。 A field experiment was conducted to reveal residual digestion dynamics and the final residues of isofenphosmethyl and phoxim in peanut and soil, and application safety was assessed. The digestion dynamic test results showed that the half-live of isofenphos-methyl in soil was 9.2-10.6 d, and phoxim's was 5.3-6.8 d, and the half-live of isofenphosmethyl in peanut plant was 3.3-5.2 d, and phoxim's was 3.4-4.9 d, which implied that two pesticides belonged to nonpersistent pesticides(t1/2 less than 30 d). The final residue tests showed that two pesticides in soil, plant, shell and kernel were all lower than the minimum detection limit of determination. According the reference dose and methods of pesticides for registration to use were below the MRLs.
